Google analytics
When someone visits www.amrcoins.com we use a third party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.
Contact form
When you choose to contact us through our web form, we need your name, email address, and telephone number. This information is used to contact you if we need to respond to your question.
Any time you contact AMR Coins through our contact form, the only information that AMR Coins stores is used to service our clients and assist you in your enquiry. This data will be stored in a backend database indefinitely. You are entitled to view, amend, or delete the personal information that we hold. Newsletter
We use a third-party provider, MailChimp, to deliver our newsletter. We gather newsletter statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our newsletter. For more information, please see MailChimp’s privacy notice.
As part of the registration process for our monthly newsletter, we collect your name, email and areas of interest information. We use that information to enable us to send you our newsletter via email and so that we could potentially use your interest areas to tailor those newsletters more specifically to your interests. We do not use the information to send any other marketing material nor do we pass any of this information on to any other third parties. If we choose to do so in the future, you will be notified by email of our intentions, and have the right to be removed prior to the disclosure.

Wants list
When you fill out a wants form your details get stored in a WordPress database indefinitely. The wants are stored for our own personal use so we can service you, our client, in the best possible way if at any time you wish to be removed from the wants list or no longer require a coin you have specified please call us, email us or write to us at any time (details below).
How do we protect your information?
We take all reasonable steps to ensure your personal information is stored safely on our servers. Only employees of AMR Coins (the Data Controller) who handle the technical management of our website can access your information. In accordance with UK Data Protection legislation we follow strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information you provide to prevent unauthorised access. Our procedures mean we may occasionally request proof of identity before disclosing information to you. We cannot however guarantee the security of any data you disclose to us online.
