House of Tudor | Hammered Silver

Philip and Mary (1554-1558)
Silver Shilling
Facing busts
Crown above, without date and full titles, rev. oval shield, crown above dividing mark of value, 5.83g, (S.2498, N.1967). Small dig at 11 o'clokc and light scratch across Philip's face, otherwise quite well struck with two decent portraits, the reverse most attractive, about very fine
