Oxford mint
1646, crowned bust left, mark of value right, rev. protestant declaration in three lines, three plumes above date below, annulets between plumes and date, mm. Shrewbury plume/-, 6.23g, (S.2978, N.2454). Weakly struck to part of face and correspondingly on reverse but overall better than very fine.
