Warwick mint, moneyer Aestan (Aethelstan?), heavy coinage, diademed bust left with sceptre +EDP[A]RD REEX:, rev. cross expanding from pellet-in-annulet centre, AESTAN ON PAER[...]PICAN, 1.43g, (SCBC 1177, N.823). Chipped at 4 o'clock, otherwise toned and very fine, rare of this mint
