1553, 19th century fantasy piece of good style
Probably by E. Emery, crowned bust right, rev. sheild on long cross forchee, date above, portcullis below, mm. lis/-, 5.54g.
Note: Lady Jane Grey was proclaimed Queen on 6 July 1553 but subsequently executed on 12 February 1554. No official coinage was struck during her 9 day reign.
