Posthumous Coinage 1547-51, York, bust 5
Obv. stops pierced crosses but with mm.lis, rev, long cross fourchée over shield, half-roses in forks, no stops, roman lettering, 2.18g, (S.2409; N.1876 var, Stewartby type (v)/(vi)). Nearly very fine/good fine but with a good portrait.
A mule of Stewartby type (v)/(vi), the obverse also unusual with the mintmark occurring together with the pierced crosses.
