Buying From AMR Coins
Please browse through the stock listed on our website. You will find good sized thumbnails and clear high resolution images for all coins listed.
We are open between 10am and 8pm 7 days per week. if you would like to purchase an item listed on this website, please contact us quoting the reference number of the coin. If you are looking for something that is not on our list, please let us know by filling in the enquiry form and we will try to help to locate the item for you.
We are a mail order business only so coins will only be sent by post. Alternatively you can visit us at one of the UK coin fairs.
For those wishing to spread the cost of purchases over several months, layaway facilities are available.
Payment
We accept the following methods of payment:
Electronic bank transfer
Bank details for electronic bank transfer will be provided on request.
Cheques drawn on a British bank
Please make cheques payable to AMR Coins and send to AMR Coins, P.O. Box 352, Leeds, LS19 9GG.
Paypal
For Paypal payments there is a 3.5% surcharge for payment in pounds sterling and a surcharge of just 2% for foreign currencies. Paypal payments should be made to sales@amrcoins.com.
US dollar cheques
We now accept cheques in US dollars. A fixed fee of £15 plus an exchange rate of 0.025 above the standard exchange rate shall be used. For example if the exchange rate is 1.6 dollars to the British pound, a rate of 1.625 will be used at the time of purchase. For purchases of greater than £1000, should the exchange rate fluctuate by more than 1.5% in either direction between that agreed at the time of purchase and payment being processed by our bank, then adjustment may be sort in either direction (preferably by paypal). We are currently unable to accept credit or debit card payments.
