London, Variety c
Bust with thick banded crown and pearl ornaments, bushy hair, curved drapery with rosette in centre, quatrefoil in three lines surrounding bust, flowers in spandrels, colon stops, mm. cross pattée, 5.45g, (S.1379C, N.1005). Never gilt or mounted , full and well centred, a few light scrapes but good very fine and extremely rare, one of the scarcer varieties.
